The control system consists of a main switchboard, the switchboard is equipped with weighing units for displaying weights, buttons and switches for controlling the concrete plant in service mode and a touch operator panel for controlling the concrete plant in automatic mode. The control of the concrete plant and the dosing of components is fully automatic, up to 100 recipes can be set, counting the number of batches, consumption, displaying alarm messages, setting parameters for error-free operation of the automatic mode. This control system can be expanded to a higher version CONTROL Operator HBS.
The control system is identical to the CONTROL HBS control system, extended by the control of the concrete plant from a computer. It is a fully automatic control program for the production of concrete mix meeting the requirements of the EN-206-1 standard. This control program is operated under the Windows operating system. The system consists of a control station, which is directly connected to the control system and thus controls the complete production of concrete mix. The control program directly cooperates with the dispatching system.
The dispatching system provides a database of orders, recipes, customers, suppliers, drivers, cars, inventory, statistics, archiving and printing of delivery notes.
The control program allows three modes of operation: automatic, semi-automatic, manual. In the event of a computer failure, the concrete batching plant can be controlled using the touch screen in the cabinet door.

The control system is the same as CONTROL HMS, it is equipped with a computer for more comfortable control. The control computer displays all activities on the line in real time, all sensors, levels in silos, and drive start-up are displayed. The control system ensures the collection of production data, archiving of mixed batches, printing of protocols, material inventories, and error protocols.
